  • Do your items run true to size/is there a sizing chart available?
    The majority of our items fit true to size. You can find the size chart in the product page. If our design team has noted sizing recommendations outside of that norm, it will be stated in the description.
  • Will we be restocking certain items after they sell out?
    Not usually, but we get returns that are made available again on the website, so come back and see us!
  • How I can purchase?
    You are welcome to buy through the different selling channels. You can buy through our website which are our ready to wear items. You can also buy on our Instagram and Facebook page. You won’t want to miss the sneak peeks and our fun facts we shared, so follow us today!
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We are working on it. For the moment, we do not offer gift cards.
  • How much is shipping?
    Priority shipping + handling is $7.00 to any of the 50 United States.
  • When will my order ship?
    Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This means it can take from 3-5 days for your item to begin its journey to you. During extremely large pre-orders, shipping may take longer than the 3-5 day window. Please be mindful when placing your order. Baby Blessings Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • How are my items shipped?
    Your items are picked and packed in the order that they are received. If you receive a partial order, please know that we are doing our best to ship the remainder of your items in a timely manner and as close to the other items as possible
  • Can I change my shipping information?
    If an address is entered incorrectly on your order, please contact Customer Support at babyblessingclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible so that a correction can be made. If the order has not shipped, we can make the necessary changes. We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped and are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If the order is returned to us due to a wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Policy Return
    Thank you for choosing Baby Blessings! We hope you enjoy your purchase. In the event that you need a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below. We are able to accept returns for store credit exchanges and refunds on full-priced merchandise purchased online at www.babyblessings.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please email babyblessingclothing@gmail.com and notify us of the reason for the return/exchange. Items will not be accepted without prior email authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition (inside plastic bag and tags attached) to the address below. If items are NOT in their original condition, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. - Baby Blessings reserves the right to refuse/reject items that do not meet these qualifications. Please include a copy of your receipt or a note that includes the order number your name and contact information. Please indicate if you would like a refund or exchange (please note the size you would like). When shipping merchandise we highly recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number such as UPS, USPS and FedEx. Baby Blessings will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.   • Incorrect Item Returns
    Occasionally we make mistakes and might ship the wrong items. In this case, contact Customer Support at babyblessingsclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. A paid return label will be emailed to you to ship the incorrect items back to us. If the item is Out Of Stock, a refund will be given, otherwise, the correct item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the incorrect item to our warehouse.
  • Sales and Clearance Sales
    All sale prices are subject to change without notice. Items listed as Clearance, Final Sale, Last Call, Warehouse Sale etc. are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be offered for these products. No exceptions. If an item goes on sale within 24 hours of your order, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • Order Cancellations
    Due to the limited nature of these pieces, exchanges will not be available. Cancelations will not be made, so please order accordingly. Orders will not be cancelled for change of mind, successful cart buddy, etc.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    If an order does not reach the intended address and is deemed lost, we will contact the carrier and report the package so that an investigation can begin. If the order cannot be located, a new order will be sent to the customer within 7 days. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
